SUGGESTED USE:
Children age 1 & 2: 1/2 tsp (2.5 mL) up to 4x/day, acutely
Children age 3+: 1 tsp (5 mL) up to 4x/day, acutely
Adults: 2 tsp (10 mL) up to 4x/day, acutely

Children over 1 year of age, and adults, can use our alcohol free elderberry syrup. This product is also safe to take while pregnant and breastfeeding as long as you are not allergic to any ingredients, there are no contraindications with any medications you are taking, and your doctor approves.
