Red raspberry leaf may be a source of trace minerals such as zinc, iron, chromium and manganese. Oat straw may contain all macro and trace minerals, including copper. Oat Straw may also contain folic acid which supports the formation of red blood cells. Nettles, red raspberry leaf, and oat straw are all high in vitamin content as well.*
